The IPL final may have been short on Bolly glamour quotient but the World Cup T20 final between England and Australia in Barbados had a surprise special guest from B-town — Akshay Kumar.
The Khiladi decided to catch up on some khel and flew down with friends in a private charter for a four-day-long ‘all guys’ vacation in the West Indies.
Akshay and gang stayed at a friend’s bungalow on the Bridgetown beach and then on Sunday got themselves the best seats in the house for the mini Ashes showdown.
Seated in the President’s Suite at the Kensington Oval in sunny Barbados, the Delhi Daredevils brand ambassador cheered both the teams.
Once Collingwood and company lifted the trophy, Akshay made a dash for London where he is shooting for Nikhil Advani’s Patiala House.
