Heidi Montag unveiled her freaky new body in all its glory at the weekend - in her first bikini appearance since undergoing a whopping ten cosmetic surgeries at the beginning of the year.
The reality star showed off the fruits of her surgeon's labour in a self-designed swimsuit as she hosted the grand opening of the Liquid Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
It's the first time the Hills star has been photographed in a bikini since her marathon surgery which included breast augmentation revision; liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs; a buttock augmentation, mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frownline area; a nose job revision; fat injections in her cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips; a chin reduction; neck liposuction; and having her ears pinned back.
