8 Hot Legal Celebrities Under 21

Kristen Stewart

This vacant-eyed beauty is known the world over for playing the personality vacuum that is Bella in the Twilight series. Recently, she was seen in the biopic The Runaways, playing Joan Jett

Emma Roberts

We could point out that Emma is Julia Robert’s niece. But we find it far more interesting that she’s the daughter of Julia’s brother, Eric Roberts (AKA the pony-tailed guy from Best of the Best). If you haven’t seen that movie, then you are missing out on the best 1980s Chris Penn kickboxing melodrama ever.

“Pop it, Tommy, pop it!” Never have truer words been spoken, Eric.

Aimee Teegarden

This girl’s starting things off right, jumping right into the critic’s arms with a role in the acclaimed network drama “Friday Night Lights.” And we like Aimee for it. We’ll always have a thing for girls who don’t shy away from playing trashier characters. Probably why we will always love “Freaks and Geeks”’Kim Kelley too.

Hayden Panettierre

We like actress Hayden Panettierre because she’s easy on the eyes. Almost too easy. So much so we considered leaving her off the list. She’s so flawless-looking and so well put-together it disturbs us. It’s the mark of a control freak. She just seems like the kind of like a girl who’s held in her farts her entire life.

Emma Watson

Emma Watson of Harry Potter fame has been a part of pop-culture consciousness since she was pre-pubescent. This could prove to be a problem for some guys. We know Howard Stern is all cool with “countdowns till they’re 18″ and everything, but really it’s a little weird.

Luckily, we were never huge Harry Potter fans, so we only know her vaguely as a kid. But we know her very well today. Hi Emma!

Taylor Swift

We know everyone loves her because Kanye pissed all over her meaningless MTV award. But what does it for us is that even though she writes crappy pop-country music (barf, swallow), she at least writes it herself.

Just realized that’s an awfully passive-aggressive compliment. Oh well, we stand by it.

Mia Wasikowska

This girl is a fast-rising starlet, thanks largely to her recent turn in Tim Burton’s Alice and Wonderland and her work in Gus van Sant’s upcoming film Restless. Take note, aspiring starlets; there’s no ticket to fame like hooking up with world-famous directors (and it doesn’t hurt to be, you know, talented as well.)

Demi Lovato

Okay, the Disney star is only 17. But I’m from Missouri, and she’d be legal there. So we’re counting her. Three cheers for creepy rationalizing
